Kathey Jo Madden Kathey Jo Madden, 43 of Simmons Hollow Road, Beaver, Ohio, died 1:47 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Mount Carmel East Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born February 23, 1969 in Greenup, Kentucky, daughter of the late Wilford Madden and Madeline (Wilburn) Lacy and husband Leonard. Surviving is her husband of 24 years, Floyd Harris of Beaver, Ohio, children, Bill Harris and Holly Jo Harris of Beaver, Ohio and five siblings, Johnny, Rocky, Wilford, Linda and Brenda Madden. Her father and brother, James Madden, preceded her in death. Kathey was a homemaker and attended Meadow Run Church. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 23, 2012 at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly with Rev. Leonard Lacy officiating. Burial will follow in Boone Cemetery, Grayson, Kentucky.
