Obituaries

Etta Jane Branum, 87, of Fifth Street, Waverly, OH died 9:25 P.M. Tuesday 14 August 2012 at her home.
She was born 7 July 1925 in Piketon, OH the daughter of the late John Arthur Fisher and Dessie Edith (Gragg) Fisher, On 27 July 1943 she was united in marriage to Mack Branum who preceded her in death on 17 January 1976. Etta was also preceded in death by her second husband, James Wilson Haldane on 3 June 2005.
Surviving are two sons, Larry Branum and wife Robin of Millersport, OH and Joseph Branum and wife Renee of Newton Falls, OH, Two daughters, Carol Estep of Waverly, OH and Denia Frohner and husband Don of Spartanburg, SC, six grandchildren, Carol Lea Hoover, Chuck Estep, Amy Oyer, Tadd Branum and wife Rachel, Jessica Branum and Travis Holesko, several great and great great grandchildren, one brother, Raymond Fisher and wife Esteen of Lancaster, OH.
Etta formerly attended Dailyville Free Will Baptist Church and was a retired cook for Waverly City Schools.
Her parents husbands, daughter, Diane Oyer, brother, Richard Fisher and sister Anna M. “Docia” Dyke preceded Etta in Death
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday 18 August 2012 at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly with Pastor Peter Dunn, officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery, Waverly.
Friends may call at the Boyer Funeral Home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
