Kathryn Jane Piper

Kathryn Jane Piper, 91, formerly of Wendy Lane, Waverly, OH died 6:45 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2012 at Pleasant Hill Manor, Piketon, Ohio.
She was born September 22, 1920 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Charles William Price and Anna Jane (Miller) Price. On April 6, 1940, Kathryn was united in marriage to John Muller Piper who preceded her in death on October 27, 1978.
Surviving is a niece, Norine McArthur of Zionsville, Indiana and nephew, John Marshell of Marshall, Michigan.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Paul David Piper, two sisters, Alice Elizabeth Marshell and Harriett Austraw.
She was a homemaker and formerly attended the First Presbyterian Church, Waverly, Ohio.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Life Enrichment Center in the Bristol Health Care Facility, Waverly, Ohio with Rev. Renee Burleigh, officiating. Entombment will be in the Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
