Tuesday 31 July 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, OH. He was born 12 February 1947 in Waverly, OH the son of the late Harrison Kiser and Garnet Leora (Wilburn) Kiser. Surviving are sister: Kimberly E. Lawson and husband Richard, and brother, Thomas Kiser and wife Donna both of Piketon, OH and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gregory Alan Kiser and sister Shirley Ann Howard. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday 4 August 2012 at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly, OH with Rev. Bruce Viar officiating. Burial will Follow on Mt Latham Cemetery, Waverly, OH.
